Stuck in a Rut?

Do you ever feel like you are going through life stuck like a hamster on a wheel? Sometimes it can start to feel like Groundhog Day. We tend to do the same thing over and over. We eat the same food and every day can literally feel the same as the day before. We need to shake things up! Otherwise, life becomes boring and meaningless. Whether it is work, weight loss or our relationships, we need to keep things interesting. Variety is the spice of life, no? If you are bored in your job, look around and see what is out there. If you are bored and stuck in a weight loss plateau, change up your exercise or food. If you are bored in your relationship, identify what you might be doing to create that feeling and do something different. Life is far to short to waste time feeling unhappy. What one thing can you do today to jump-start your life and step out of the rut?
