There are many hidden barriers to weight loss and weight management. I help client identify underlying medical or behavioral issues that prevent weight loss. By addressing the underlying emotional barriers, we can target the emotional connection to food by learning how to meet our needs without food. I provide a full analysis of psychological, physiological and behavioral aspects that contribute to weight gain. I give clients skills and tools to allow them to make changes to their health and wellness.

Michelle Lewis has been working in the mental health field since 2001. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Weber State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
