Act As If

What would be different in your life if you acted as if you were happy? If you acted as if you deserved happiness? If you acted as if you liked your job (or at the very least, didn’t hate it)? If you acted as if you were confident and felt attractive? If you acted as if you deserved happy and healthy relationships?

My guess? You would be happier. You would be able to tolerate your job. You would feel more confident and attractive. You would find happy and healthy relationships.

So, just for today, try it. Act as if you have the life you want instead of grumbling about the life you have.
