6 Week Emotional Eating E-course

I am so excited about my new emotional eating e-course! In this 6 week self-paced online course, I help you explore the emotional connections that created your relationship with food, give tools to break the connections and help you move forward with your life! If you are like most of the clients I see in my practice, your relationship with food completely overshadows everything else in your life.
