6 Week Emotional Eating E-course

I am so excited about my new emotional eating e-course! In this 6 week self-paced online course, I help you explore the emotional connections that created your relationship with food, give tools to break the connections and help you move forward with your life! If you are like most of the clients I see in my practice, your relationship with food completely overshadows everything else in your life.

Do you find yourself spending a significant amount of time each day criticizing yourself for what you eat, how you eat or how much you eat? Do you make promises to yourself to change and shame yourself when you fall back into those patterns again and again? Do you know what to do, but can’t seem to make yourself do it?

These are common patterns because the connections we have made between food and the emotional payoffs (comfort, soothing, relief, etc.) we hope to feel by eating have become very strong through years of conditioning. This is why just going on a diet doesn’t change patterns of emotional eating. How often have you said you want to change, but sabotage yourself every step of the way?

We are often at war with our bodies and don’t know how to regulate our emotions without using food. In this course, you will gain real tools and strategies to permanently change your relationship with food and learn to regulate yourself without it. I’m not going to tell you it will be easy, but things that are usually worthwhile are rarely easy!

If you are ready to put in the time and energy to make real change in your relationship with food, join me for the course! You’ve been talking about it for years! Stop talking about it and finally take some action! Now is your chance!
