In my latest interview with Frankie and Jess on 97.1 ZHT, we talk about body image. How we feel about our body starts so early and tends to follow us throughout our lives. With media bombardment, we are left feeling like we aren’t good enough. Although it happens with men, it is oh so common to hear women completely focused on weight, diet and body shaming. It is unfortunate that this is where we spend our energy. In this interview, we talk about one thing that really helps us build a better body image.
